Saxon Donegan New York, LLC is a Commodity Trading Advisor registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and is a member of the National Futures Association (NFA).

Opening An Account

The minimum initial account size is $12,500, subject to Saxon Donegan’s discretion. A qualified Customer who desires to participate in the program will open his or her account with any Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

Because speculative trading in futures and commodity interests presents the risk of substantial losses, only persons with speculative capital and/or substantial assets and the ability to absorb such losses should consider participating in Saxon Donegan’s JARVIS program. The program is intended to be a long-term investment, and it is advisable for participating customers to commit funds for a period of at least one year.
